Note on third-party platforms: When you purchase through Beacons, Gumroad, Fanbasis, participate in our Skool community, Community community, or receive emails, those platforms' own privacy policies also apply to your data.

Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing any product or service, joining any program, or engaging with any content published by Ri Alchemy LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

Services Offered

Ri Alchemy LLC, operating as The Healing Empire, offers the following products and services:

• Digital products — ebooks, guides, templates, and downloadable resources sold primarily through Gumroad
• Online courses — self-paced and cohort-based educational programs
• Group mentorship programs — our Done-With-You (DWY) programs including the 6-month Business Clarity Accelerator
• 1:1 Business Assessment — hourly consulting sessions at published rates
• Done-For-You (DFY) services — premium business build-out services at custom pricing
• Community membership — access to the Inner Circle on Skool

Client Conduct & Community Standards

By enrolling in any program or joining our community, you agree to:

• Treat all community members, coaches, and staff with respect and professionalism
• Not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any program materials, worksheets, or content without written permission
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior in any community space
• Take personal responsibility for the implementation of strategies taught in our programs

We reserve the right to remove any client from our programs or community for violations of these standards without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, scripts, workbooks, course content, and branding associated with Ri Alchemy and The Healing Empire are the exclusive intellectual property of Ri Alchemy LLC. This includes but is not limited to:

• Course curriculum and written materials
• The Healing Empire brand name, logo, and associated visuals
• The "STABILITY" framework and methodology
• All ebook and digital product content

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize Ri Alchemy to charge the payment method provided. For program payment plans:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your enrollment
• Remaining payments are due per the agreed schedule
• Payment processing fees are passed to the client
• Failure to complete a payment plan does not release you from your financial obligation for the total program cost
• Payment processors used: Payhip, Stripe, and Fanbasis. Each processor's own terms apply to your transaction.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to any service or program at our sole discretion for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any behavior that compromises the integrity of our programs. Termination does not eliminate any outstanding financial obligation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia.

Earnings Disclaimer

No Income Guarantee

Ri Alchemy LLC and The Healing Empire do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, profit, or business results from participation in any of our programs, courses, or digital products. Any income figures, case studies, or testimonials shared in our marketing materials represent results achieved by individual clients and are not typical.

Individual results will vary based on — but not limited to — your level of implementation, prior experience, market conditions, personal work ethic, available time, financial resources, and the specific actions you take within your business.

Educational Purpose Only

All content provided by Ri Alchemy and The Healing Empire — including coaching calls, ebooks, courses, live trainings, social media content, and email newsletters — is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.

Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that your business success is ultimately determined by your own decisions, actions, and implementation — not by the content of our programs alone. By enrolling in any Ri Alchemy program or purchasing any product, you accept full responsibility for your business outcomes.

Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales of eBooks, templates, guides, and downloadable resources are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us within 7 days at hello@rialchemy.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Coaching Programs & Group Mentorship

Enrollment deposits for all group mentorship programs, including the 6-Month Business Clarity Accelerator, are non-refundable. This deposit reserves your seat and compensates for preparation and planning that begins immediately upon enrollment.

For the full program investment (monthly payments):

• No refunds are issued after the first module or kickoff call has been delivered
• You remain financially responsible for the full contracted amount, regardless of participation level
• In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, documented hardship), you may request a pause or transfer at our sole discretion — contact us directly

1:1 Assessments

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Sessions canceled with 24+ hours notice may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original booking. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly at rithealchemist@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback in bad faith, particularly after consuming digital content or attending coaching sessions, may result in being permanently banned from all Ri Alchemy programs and legal action to recover losses.
